year we hired Gerry Morris for our annual Vendor training day
event. His training seminar focused on "Turning shoppers
into satisfied customers". His approach was unique and
interesting. He gave a terrific presentation with clear,
practical suggestions and questions that the newest or oldest
salesperson could understand and use day to day in their sales
presentation. His approach is simple and honest. We
